[RE-wrenches] Fwd: Mate3s swap

Zeke:
How do you add a new mate to an existing system? I have looked everywhere
on Optics under the given site and I don't see how that is done.
Or do you just create a new site with the new mate? If so, I can see how
you lose all of the history. That would make future troubleshooting
difficult indeed.

You can't change the mac address, but you can add another mate3 to the
system. I have one system with too many things that has four mate3's on
it. So you can just add a different mate3 and have it be what you click on
to get into the system.
As far as tech support.... I haven't tried talking to them since they got
bought a year (or more now?) ago. I didn't think there was any tech
support any more....sounds like there is almost none...
