[RE-wrenches] Enphase ACM to rail mount plate

Is this a warranty issue? If so, the manufacturer should be supplying a new
microinverter as well.

We had a little "experiment" with Qcell AC modules. A couple dozen
contracts and our guys hate them. The wire management is a nightmare for
the Q cable, and The module manufacturer didn't do us any favors with wire
management for the DC conductors. Not being able to make the array map
before the panels are laid is also a problem. We abandoned this product
pretty quickly.

This is definitely a downside of AC modules. You really have to replace it
with another AC module unless you are replacing the microinverter as well.
Post Hurricane Ian, with all of the modules damaged from winborne debris
here, I'm glad we don't have many AC modules out there. It's hard enough
finding a module that looks similar and has a similar size. Finding an AC
module with similar characteristics would be a nightmare.
