[RE-wrenches] MidNite Solar SMA Relay Board (MNSMARB)

Fellow Esteemed Wrenches:

Working on a on-grid battery back-up system with generator where client 
wants to use SMA Sunny Island / Sunny Boy.

Anybody know where to find the MidNite Solar SMA Relay Board (MNSMARB), 
or a functional equivalent? It is intended to be installed inside the 
MidNite SMA E-Panel.

I searched the MidNite site and found the attached document, but no 
other info.
