Hi Eric,

We did work together at APS. I hope life has been treating you great.

We do have a commercial design guide which can help you with all of your
questions. Feel free to reach out to me directly with any specific
questions You may have. The design guide is available at on our website
under downloads, technical briefs, Commercial System Design with M215s.
You should be able to find it at;
http://enphase.com/global/resources/geo_us/. The document should also be
attached.

As Nathan mentions, a three-phase system's current calculation includes a
√3 factor (1.732). I find the easiest way to calculate the current in a
three-phase system is;
Amperage = # of microinverters * 215w / 208 / 1.732

So the current for a system with 25 M215s would be calculated at 14.92A.
There is an additional 1.25 safety factor for the over-current protection
device, of course.
25 * 215w / 208 / 1.732 = 14.92A x 1.25 = 18.64A.

“Don’t get me wrong: I love nuclear energy! It’s just that I prefer fusion
to fission. And it just so happens that there’s an enormous fusion reactor
safely banked a few million miles from us. It delivers more than we could
ever use in just about 8 minutes. And it’s wireless! .”
