Hi Jeff -

There are several 400 A (or 320 A continuous) meter/mains on the market
with 2 x 200 A breakers. In the Bay Area these are frequently referred to
as "California 400" panels, even though they are installed with a self
contained 320 A rated utility meter, rather than a 400 A CT-meter. They are
great for systems with large energy storage, because one 200 A breaker can
feed non-backup loads and the other 200 A breaker can feed backup loads and
solar.  Anyway, here's one such example:
