[RE-wrenches] 30 amp disconnect/40 amp breaker

I have run into this many times and have never found a definitive answer.
The disconnect spec typically says that it must be protected with an ocpd
at or less than the disco rating, but we are dealing with a current limited
device (inverter) in this case so it would seem legal to me.
