Hi Laura, 

Is this your CSW? If so you should get on their
dealer/installer list and it will make it faster next time. 

Did you look
at if there were warnings also? Is there a combox. If SCP only look at
"view device info" under the CSW. It should be se set for advanced
settings.  

Is there still warranty and is it up to date with firmware?
The XW line is mature but the CSW has had alot of firmware to get it
reliable. I really only use CSW for a spare offgrid. Good Luck!
