<p>Is this your CSW? If so you should get on their dealer/installer list and it will make it faster next time.</p>
<p>Did you look at if there were warnings also? Is there a combox. If SCP only look at "view device info" under the CSW. It should be se set for advanced settings. </p>
<p>Is there still warranty and is it up to date with firmware? The XW line is mature but the CSW has had alot of firmware to get it reliable. I really only use CSW for a spare offgrid. Good Luck!</p>

I can't think of anything I configured that would cause this. And Schneider has you fill out a web form rather than answer a phone call apparently. Does anyone have a good tech support number for Schneider?</span></span></span></div>
