[RE-wrenches] Schneider Phone Support

Hello Wrenches,
I am having the same issue.
I have Comboxs out there that have the latest firmware, but they haven’t worked for quite a while and my customers are not happy...
And, a SW 4024, three years old with the fans running non stop, no matter what the temperatures are and they will not warranty.
That is what the last email said from Tech Support.

Thoughts?
