[RE-wrenches] UL/CSA listed battery monitor?

I don't know of any listed battery monitors. Not sure what spec they
would be tested to ?
However...
In Canada, I have heard of systems being individually blessed by
inspectors or whoever that
include products that don't have listings but everything in the system
had to have a listing.
I know that this was done for our wind Clipper in Canada not long ago.
Email me directly and I can try to find the particulars of that
situation if it might help here.
