[RE-wrenches] Low output

OK Campers, this long  and short of the "low output" with this CC...... 
installer error.  The battery and PV negatives were separate in the 
wiring section of the Kid, but were tied together at a bus bar in the DC 
enclosure.  I pulled the PV neg off the common neg bus, spliced it to 
the separate neg to the PV neg landing in the CC and there it was, full 
output.

             I've managed to find egg on my face for other issues on the 
list, I really appreciate the help.
