E-meter [RE-wrenches]

Travis:

I went through this same problem in March of 1999.  I looked back through
my notes and I can not find a definitive answer for you.  I know I did
damage the meter and I convinced Cursing (I mean Cruising) Equipment that
it was because of poor instructions.  Either their instructions are
defective or I talk a good story.  I do remember that I had to talk to two
different technicians before I got a good answer.  Wish I could do more
than just offer my sympathy.
