Sorry, I can't help but would like to up the stakes.  I'm also
interested in a low-flow deep-well pump (you didn't mention the
voltage), but would also like to hear of anyone producing an ultra-low
flow surface pump that could produce approximately a guart to a liter a
minute.  This would be at a good GPM/WH efficiency and I'd be interested
in low voltage DC, but perhaps ac as well.  Seems like there are a bunch
of old or driven point wells out that are not considered usable because
almost any standard pump won't go that low in flow.  Has there been any
use of the pumps that use a cam or rotating lobe to depress a circular
(plastic) hose?  I've seen these in medical and chemical pumps and
wonder if they might not work out, at least in a sub-pumps or pumps with
a very low suction lift?  Kurt Nelson
