Low flow bore pump [RE-wrenches]

Hullo There...

Anybody know of a low flow bore pump with the following spec. ??

Flow  1.6L/min or 100L/hr (26 US Gal hr).
The well depth is 85m (278.8 feet)
Diameter of casing is 100mm PVC (4 inch).

All the pumps I know of would suck the well dry as it has a low yield.
