I'm not sure what his position is. Christopher Freitas (formerly of 
Ananda) is one of the top Trace engineers, but I do not have his email 
address. If I were to _guess_, it would be:
cfreitas at traceengineering.com. I do not correspond with Ray Barbee, but a 
friend does.

p.s. Got a call from a client after a night of "dry lightning" storms. 
The nearby downstrikes apparently caused the Trace SW4024 to pop out of 
ON and into SEARCH. Fortunately, he solved his own problem after talking 
to me by phone. The same thing also happened to _another_ client last 
night. Weird!
