I don't know of a direct e-mail address, but you might
try Mick Kline on extension 2224.  He claimed to be a
willing listener to problems.  Others at Trace just
don't want to hear bad news.  

Another possibility is Tony Boatright x2202 who helped
me when I had a copier that would not run on a SW2512.
 For those interested, a Canon PC-330 will run on mod
sine, while its replacement the PC-430 will not even
accept Trace's SW version of sinewave power.  The
copier gives as error display indicating "bad power"
and will not power up.  
(Since this incedent, I refuse to call the SW output a
"pure sinewave".  Mod-mod-sine is much more accurate.)
I was able to get the PC-430 to run by connecting a
small capacitor (.47 uF) across the inverter output. 
This gave an ugly waveform on the ocilloscope, but the
copier was happy with it.  Trace first suggested using
a much larger capacitor but I went as small as
possible so that the inverter could go to search mode.
