Re Trace islanding protection, PG&E (the largest IOU in the US) sent a
letter to Trace dated 6/28/94 on this issue, with two support documents re
PG&E's testing of the SW , and their approval of the SW for interconnection.
It was sent to Robin Gudgel at Trace, although she's probably not still
there since Trace was bought by that drug or biotech company with the dumb
name...
I have a copy in our files, if you need one faxed.
Also, our local IOU, PNM, did an informal anti-islanding test on a
grid-tied system we did here, and of course it passed. I can put you in
touch with them if you'd like. But the PG&E letter is one that has
satisfied utilities in the past.
