Have a question 

Someone contacted me about trying to set up a new XWpro. Insight home no other devices. 

Inverter is on, led lights say it’s working there is 120/240v but it won’t power any loads. 

I told him to make sure they had both updated firmware but he ran into trouble 

Question 
Would incorrect firmware create that situation?  I mean it’s weird it’s got volts but won’t do watts. 

But XW/pros are not my expertise
