Jay off or on grid?
If off then use the original firmware. You said it was new if off grid do
not update FW. If on grid then up date firmware, make sure "region Code" is
correct then reset ALL to factory defaults. Then see if that addresses it.
Access is Admin PW is XWproGridCode
Grid code password.
XWproGridCodes
Off grid code  1547- 2003
