[RE-wrenches] Enphase 4th Gen Systems Issues?

Same exact story with us, it took the regional manager to push it along.
Hopefully we will resolve it.
An Enphase Field Service tech flew out to us last week (we are in Hawaii)
without the gateway, never showed up, and called us at noon to tell us
that. Ugh.
