[RE-wrenches] Enphase 4th Gen Systems Issues?

We haven't had issues yet with the 4th gen systems, although we've only
installed a small handful. We have had some painful issues with 3rd gen 5P
battery systems; the communication wire seems very touchy. Ultimately,
Enphase switched out a component or two on the Controllers. But it took
weeks or months and multiple escalations to get to that point in some
cases. We've gotten very specific with how we wire the comm wire (follow
the drain wire requirements carefully).

Unfortunately these issues along with really painful commissioning
processes caused some team members to lose faith in Enphase's battery
systems. We're hoping for better results with the 10C system.
