It must be a Storedge inverter, 7600 watt.
I would ask them for online access (if they have it) so you can see what if
any error messages are present, and what the SOC of the LG truly is, etc.
If the installer has abandoned it (they are most likely the administrator),
you will need the customer's credentials or get the site transferred to
yourself, which requires paperwork. Have they any photos of the inverter
display when it is supposedly charging? The battery itself displays a
charging icon also. You can find clues by scrolling through the LCD
display when onsite.
About the only simple thing it could be, if everything else is OK, is the
AC bypass switch in the DC disconnect set to pass grid AC directly to the
loads. For normal operation it should be in the left-most position,
right-most for AC passthrough.
