[RE-wrenches] Seeking Advice on LG Solar Panel RMA Process

Hi Lou,

I had to reach out to them recently about an AC module of theirs that
stopped working. I did send the RMA form to solar at lgsupport.com. It took
them 4 days to respond. Turns out they were able to reset it remotely to
get it working again.

I am attaching the RMA form that I have.
And here is the email signature, which has the same phone number it looks
like you used:
