[RE-wrenches] Sol-Ark 15KW is rock steady, but crazy wild grid voltages when connected to grid

Scot,
We have had numerous SolArk 15k's with loose neutrals direct from the
factory.   Double check all the factory connections in the accessible
wiring compartment.  I brought it to their attention each time I found it.
They said they would do better on quality control bit obviously never heard
back after that.
Keep us posted what you find.
