[RE-wrenches] Sol-Ark 15KW is rock steady, but crazy wild grid voltages when connected to grid

Definitely sounds like a loose neutral on the utility side (likely at the
pole/tap).

I suspect if you turn off and disconnect the Sol-Ark the light flickering,
etc will continue (until the utility recrimps their neutral...)
