The confused silence on the other end of the phone when you're talking to a
homeowner about resetting this error message themselves as you describe
bashing the inverter with your knuckles directly on the screen about as
hard as you can.  And then the awkward conversation that transpired waiting
for the five minute start-up period to pass because they missed the ten
second window to hit it and they have to try it again.
