[RE-wrenches] Over voltage error message

I will just say I am not a fan of mixing systems. I am not saying this
would not happen if the system was all Outback.
The solar charge source is not in the network and that is an easy step to
eliminate from the beginning at design.
It also takes alot of the mystery out:)
