[RE-wrenches] Over voltage error message

Hi Dan and Dave,

The system did not crash.

I think it must be a combination of the Midnite and Radian. The 
Radian should sell to keep the voltage down and the Midnite should 
regulate. It seems a bit mysterious to me.
