HI Jason,
I’ve wondered this myself.
I think the only way to understand it is with a really good program but you’ll also need a lot of data about energy usage and yes roof orientation etc.
And from your excel file it looks like the TOUA/B have changed as they have eliminated the much lower off peak.
And I think what it does do but again I’d like to see it done on a good program is that it eliminates anyone wanting to do a small system as a percentage of your load.
As it puts the rates up so high, I would like it would only make sense if you can produce most via PV.
I”m curious as well as to what others think?
