[RE-wrenches] New Pge TOU rates

Hi Wrenches,

 

I am looking at the new rates for PG&E's time of use and was wondering what
others in California are using Tou-A or Tou-B? it looks like if you have a
West facing array Tou-B is going to be the better choice if you can control
your usages.
