[RE-wrenches] Radian ROCB in Outback GSLC 120/240 AC

A knowledgeable person from Outback got back to
me. The shock comes through the windings of the
motor. The noise was due to the motor kicking on
without the logic circuits from the inverter
relays to control it (since the DC breakers were
off). The motor pulls less than an amp.
