[RE-wrenches] Hot water heater heat pumps

Just installed one. A little noisy (like a small refrigerator running) but
installed on a 15A/240V breaker. Sonoma County, coastal, but it's working
fine so far. Challenge was enough airspace, definitely puts out cold,
conditioned air.
