[RE-wrenches] SI6048s won't charge from generator

Jerry:

The gen is powering the loads through a bypass breaker so we can't be stopping and starting it. We did simulate an inverter start by initiating a start signal and immediately closing the gen feed breaker. This eliminated a sync error but did not allow the gen to charge.

We checked rotation and volts and hertz. We checked inverter programming. All seems correct. There is no phone service so using tech support is cumbersome.
