[RE-wrenches] Enphase failures

I've attached the spreadsheet with the full stats

Marco,
Enphase is paying $150 for the service call replacement.  Add $25 for each
additional inverter replaced in the same trip.  For the full site
replacement we quoted Enphase a price for the labor and they accepted it as
reasonable.

To echo William Miller's comment it would be good to see stats for
competitive products.
