Todd,
I believe the CU200 is just an overpriced LED display and float switch controller. I don't think it does a damn thing to the voltage/current.

what would happen if a hv mppt charge controller were paralleled with the panel output feeding the pump?
would the cu200 & charge controller mppt algorithms fight each other?
