[RE-wrenches] Pilot Hole Template

Hi Kirpal,

We borrow a FLIR brand of IR camera that a sister energy auditing company
owns.  It works well for rafter-finding.  I believe it was a mid-range
product, and had 0.1 F resolution.  Worked well for us, but I don't have a
lot to compare with.  T
