[RE-wrenches] 690.31(B) "within the photovoltaic array"

Lumeta dealer has been sending links for unlisted wire management systems,
nothing from Lumeta itself. Cooper B-Line EnviroShield is listed and is an
easier drop in raceway but very expensive.
