Even a 5 watt module will do the task well, as long as the generator digital
regulator doesnt use more than that, and it probably doesnt. The bleed
back thru the module is insignificant in this scenario.

I have been using a 10 watt module without a charge control to charge my
generator cranking battery for more than 5 years and i have never had to add

Friends:
Ii it possible, with the correct module, to trickle charge a generator
cranking battery without the use of a charge controller? What modules fit
this criteria?
Thanks in advance.
