[RE-wrenches] Electric boiler usage?

Here is a useful resource that can be a first step to figure out an
appliances usage, they do have boilers

As far as figuring out what this boiler is expected to use over the course
of a year, I'd get someone with HVAC software to model the house, probably
the same guy that will size the boiler.  Good luck!
