[RE-wrenches] System Performance | Battery Based Grid Tie

Wrenches,
I am looking for advice and or comments on system performance from a Grid Tied battery back up system.
Is 65% efficiency fair as far as what goes back to the grid?
Is PV watts a good tool for that.
