[RE-wrenches] Magnum energy

Its not necessarily overkill with the well pump. The pump horsepower
pretty much dictates the system minimum requirements. What is the HP?
Overall, I like Magnum's stuff. You might be able to get by with the
MM1500 watt inverter (mod sine) Are you planning on using Midnite's
panel? I've been pretty happy with the Midnite- Magnum combo.
If you're putting your name on it, after all the previous Mickey Mouse
stuff, I think you need to overkill rather than underkill, but a quality
mod sine inverter can do a great job on those little backwoods projects.
Here's a pic of a system we did, that used an MM series inverter, with a
special cutout on a Midinite mini DC box (ala the old Outback DC boxes
with trace inverters)

I'd like any advice/previous experience with this brand and type of install. It seems like a nice little system, much better than the RV inverter with no OCP insight. Does this seem like overkill? I'm sure they would love to be able to power more AC loads if they could, so I don't think they mind a little larger system(inverter watts)
