[RE-wrenches] Kohler 10ERG and RES Models

Yesterday, our Kohler rep told us that Kohler has officially declared
that it will not honor its warranty for any 10ERG or RES installed in an
off-grid location. Historically we've sold these models into the
off-grid market and Kohler has honored the warranty.

Has anyone else had such a definitive statement delivered?
