[RE-wrenches] large module orders - COD??

We no longer even accept many such orders - especially for those concerned
with state projects in California, New Jersey, New York, and a few others.
Even for those not issuing IOU's for payment, payment has been stretching
out for as long as 120+ days. We also no longer accept any government
purchase orders except a few local ones from the US Forest Service. We have
the credit lines, but with the small margins now on panels, the loss of
$100K would take like $500K in sales to make up if lost. The problem in many
cases is not that you don't get paid, but that it can take months.

I would triple check the viability of the company ordering and the project
before I sank any real money into it.
