[RE-wrenches] Line Side Feed In and Disconnects

I agree. A true line-side connection is a new service and requires a circuit
breaker and disconnect and revenue meter. I guess a better description for
what we've been talking about is a load-side tap that is between the
existing revenue meter and the distribution service panel main circuit
breaker. Wayne, which configuration (line or load side tap) are they
requiring the new disco?
