[RE-wrenches] Line Side Feed In and Disconnects

I hope I can help. If he installs ahead of the meter (line side install) he is installing a new service. because of the high short current rating of the Grid, he must use a "Service Rated Disconnect" If you install a new service its disconnect must be grouped with the other disconnect. If the new disconnect can be placed with the existing disconnect this should satisfy the code, if the new disconnect is outside, inverter outside for example he needs to add a new disconnect to the old service so that they are both grouped together.
