Poor PV Manufacturers' Customer Support [RE-wrenches]

There  is a new magazine being published in September called "Solar
Pro".....I suspect they would be a good outlet or venue to report
issues.......I am guessing that they will also get a lot of their
funding from manufacturers so it could be a bit risky for them to
publish bad data regarding their advertisers.....
Anyhow they are targeting professional solar folks......so it would be
a good location to learn about problems that others are
facing/experiencing........
