AEE Dump Load Element for Water Heaters [RE-wrenches]

hello all
If someone finds a solution please tell us.
The other problem about the switching, for example
using two top element controls to bypass as the tank
heats is also significant.  If the Morningstar could
be set to a max of 50% duty cycle at about 60 hertzs
maybe the zero crossing could extinguish the arc.  

I will drop a note to Morningstar and let people know
what - if they respond.
