[RE-wrenches] Wind Loads by state

Retscreen has some wind data, and a wind calculator, however it has the same problem as it has with solar, in that it is difficult to modeling using there code and you are very limited in applications.   

What I would like to see would be a CFD derived emperical model of micro siting.  mode
