wow you guys are making me dizzy

When I run it on PV watts the 296 degree bearing at 22.6 tilt shows a 
23% loss over optimum.

The 206 bearing with 15d tilt shows a 4% loss.

It seems like that is a big difference over 25 years.  I may not have 
the picture straight.

Which brings up a question. Is there a point where you don't recommend 
an installation because of losses?  For me, if you are losing 20% that 
is a considerable amount and I would not recommend it.  Is that too 
conservative?  Do people frequently put in systems where there will be 
losses of 20% or greater, whether due to shading, orientation, tilt or 
all 3?
