SQ Flex control error code question [RE-wrenches]

Greetings~

A client has an SQFlex (helical rotor) pump with CU200 controller. The 
controller is displaying an error code which looks like S3 on the 
display.

Can any of you decipher this code? OR: can you point me to Grundfos 
literature that might help? I tried the Grundfos website plus some 
google work...no soap.

I suspect this is a low water shutdown due to slow recharge in the well. 
That raises another question: if the system repeatedly self protects due 
to inadequate recharge, does that accumulate damage to the pump over 
time?

If this is a low water shutdown, this should be self-resetting without 
the need for human intervention, right?
